Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                    
NO. 54(L&C) "An Act relating to telephone caller identification; and           
providing for an effective date."  Without objection, it was so                
ordered.
